Paperclip Chain Name Lariat Necklace

Your name begins along the neckline and then turns. The first letters follow the curve of the chain; the rest fall in a straight vertical line, ending in a single letter that rests low on the chest. It reads one way from across the room and another way up close.

Here the name is carried on a paperclip chain — flat, elongated links with real presence. It gives the piece more weight than the cable version and a more architectural line, which suits shorter names as well as longer ones. Worn open at the collar, the contrast between the wide links and the fine drop chain is the whole point.

Made in 14K gold plated over 925 sterling silver. Each piece is made to order with the letters you choose, so no two are quite the same.

• Material: 14K gold plated on 925 sterling silver
