Personalized and engraved pieces can't be returned for a change of mind. If one arrives damaged, has a production error on our side (such as a misspelled engraving or wrong size or material) or a defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll remake or refund it, with free return shipping.

Every MIONZA piece is covered for 6 months from delivery against manufacturing and material defects — clasps, chains, solder joints, stone settings and plating or vermeil defects. Normal wear, accidental damage and damage from water, perfume or chemicals aren't covered. Warranty details

We work in 14K solid gold, gold vermeil (a thick layer of gold over sterling silver), gold-plated 925 sterling silver and lab-grown diamonds. The material of each piece is shown in its name and on its product page.

Solid gold is gold alloy all the way through, so it won't wear off and is the best choice for everyday, lifetime wear. Gold vermeil is sterling silver with a thick gold layer: it looks the same at a lower price, but the gold layer can wear over time.

Yes. Our 14K solid gold baby bracelets and cross bracelets hold a Certificate of Conformity from WQM Certification (CPC-2002551) covering US children's jewelry safety standards, including ASTM F2923-20, lead content, cadmium and nickel release. View the certificate

Solid gold can be worn every day. For vermeil and gold-plated pieces, take them off before swimming, showering or applying perfume to keep the gold layer bright. Waterproof jewelry guide · Care & cleaning guide
